Residential Energy Management
For over four years, Everex has been providing wireless energy management products to it's customers in residential and commercial environments.  Everex provides gateways and wireless 802.15.4 mesh radios enabling utilities to manage energy in residential markets. Our customers provide the utilities with a way to lower power usage during peak load. A utility can send pricing or load shed information over broadband to our gateway which wirelessly manage thermostats and other loads in a residence to save energy while minimizing discomfort. The system also provides feedback to the utilities on the actual power reductions and loads.

Hotel Energy Management
Everex provides a complete line of wireless products for one of the largest providers of air conditioners (PTACS) for hotels.   The products includes the air conditioner controller, a wireless thermostat to remotely control the air conditioner, a wireless occupancy sensor to determine when a guest is in the hotel room and a radio that sends messages over a wireless mesh to a central server.  By using wireless mesh technology, hotel owners can instantly manage their energy savings and as well as any service or maintenance issues with the air conditioners.  Our customer reports that hotels save over 35% on their energy bill with this solution.
